• You should not work out on the day of your procedure, as this body heat will expand your pores.
• You should also avoid heavy sunlight for three days before your procedure, and several days after.
• Do not consume caffeine and alcohol 24 hours before your procedure, or Aspirin, Niacin, Vitamin E, Ibuprofen, or omega-3 48 to 72 hours prior to your procedure.
• Finally, in the month before your procedure, you should avoid Botox, fillers, chemical peels, and laser treatments.
